The Page System, And You., Reminder Options

Once again, we ask you, dear players, to be careful when using the page system.

We'd like to remind you to:

• Read the paging guidelines before you page (The screen where you usually just click proceed). You have them both in PT and English. It only takes 1 minute.

• Page nicely and politely giving as much information as you can regarding your problem

• Try to avoid Portuguese pages once PT Gms only represent a minority of the Staff Team which might increase the time it takes to be answered.

• Pages like "GM PLX", "PT GM PLX", "GM QUICK COME HERE", "GM I HAVE A PROBLEM PLEASE COME HERE" and so on will be deleted straightly. We don't even look at them. Once again, provide as much info as you can.

• Don't page to get in events unless you're asked to, and don't page asking for Weddings. Ask for it on the due topic on the forums.

• Pages can take seconds, minutes, hours and days to be answered depending on their priority and depeding on the staff members availability/will to answer the page.

• If you page and see that a Game Master is online and he doesn't answers your page right away, don't page stuff like "Come on, I know you are there, come here, don't avoid me!". We don't only answer pages, we might be afk checking, monitoring someone, preparing/running an event and god knows what else.

• Paging 20 times won't make your page getting answered faster. On the opposite, it will go to the end of the queue and if you catch an online GM as grumpy as me, you'll end up jailed. Once is enough. ONCE PEOPLE, ONCE!!

• Bugging Game Masters by the IRC is not a good policy aswell: always ask if you can pm and ask them politely, don't make them feel like it's their obligation because it's not! Just because we're talking on IRC doesn't means we are availible to answer pages.

Not complying to this rules might result on a warning and the respective comment on the account or even jail.

when we made log out, we need to page again ?

if you log out you dont need to page again, if enough information is included in your page we shouldnt even need you to be logged in.

In pages you can see the location of where the person paged?
How many times they have paged?
If it was something like theres a bug and I paged right next to it would you be able to find it?

The coordinates for your char at the moment will be stored yes, so if you find something buggy in the map (or whatever) just dish out a page and you wont have to stand and wait.
