As so many people have asked, here is the UOG patch in .zip format.


Step 1:

Click here http://www.filelodge.com/files/room26/691303/2D.zip (46MB) to download the ZIP file of the patches.
(NOTE: I am sorry about the advertisments, it was the 1st thing i found, ill find a better host when i have more time)
Save it where ever you like.


Step 2:

Extract the files to this folder:

C:\Program Files\Ultima Online\uog\2D

OR place it wherever your UO folder is with the addition of '\uog\2D'

Do not try to find it, as it is unlikely you'll have this folder if u haven't downloaded patches before.
If your Ultima Online folder is named differently, or located under an EA Games folder, as some are, just edit it as needed.
The 2D folder is just a random folder created by uog. It has no relevance to anything i dont think. So leave it as 2D unless someone corrects me.

Step 3:

Open uog, and click on the Burstfire UO link to open the client. It should.. technically... open it without downloading patches, but if it does... just say so, and ill have a look.

The folder seems to be random but it's different for different people and depends on how may uog servers you've played on as well. You're better off adding Burstfire to your favorites and then checking in the uog details to see what folder it has pathed just to make sure you get the right one.

see, thats the bit i was unsure of because of the fact i only use burstfire.

is this patch up to date? couse i have had trouble recently after i reinstaled my uostuff, and my uogateway can't seem to unrar the patch i should get from the host.

can anyone help, other tahn doing it mannualy?
