As I tend to have to reply to every e-mail sent in about this stuff requesting more information I'll just post it here and hope people read the forums once in a while. Basic rule of thumb: the more specific you information the more likely it is to be solved and the quicker it can be solved.
BEFORE YOU REPORT ANYTHING MISSING PLEASE SEARCH THOROUGHLY. MOVE BAGS AND SUCH AROUND IN YOUR BANK AS WE'VE HAD PEOPLE JUST DROP A BAG ON TOP OF ANOTHER BAG AND THINK IT HAD BEEN STOLEN. ALSO, IF IT'S SOMETHING MISSING FROM A HOUSE CONTACT THE PEOPLE THAT ARE TRUSTED ON THE HOUSE. ABOUT 95% OF THESE CASES RESULT IN US FINDING THE ITEMS WERE JUST MOVED.
Also, I'm not amused by people wasting my time and have had about enough with people lying to me and doing so. So here's the new rule: If you send us on a wild goose chase looking for items you never had you will receive a month in jail for every hour wasted downloading and searching world saves.

In the case of Bank Loots we need:
*Account name
*Character name
*Date that you know you had the items.
*Date that you noticed the items missing.
*The items that are missing (assuming your whole bank isn't gone)
*Information about where the items were in your bank
---If the items were in named bags and you remember the names of the bags provide: the name of the bag and which items were in that bag.
---If they were not in containers and were just in the top level of your bank that's good to add as well

In the case of House Loots we need:
*Account name
*Character name
*Date that you know you had the items.
*Date that you noticed the items missing.
*The items that are missing along with the coordinates of where they were (stand in the spot and type .where)
*If the items were in a container: the coordinates of the container as well as noting that they were in a container in that location. Bag names as mentioned above are helpful as well in these cases.

* Le informazioni circa dove gli articoli erano nella vostra serie
Se gli articoli fossero in sacchetti chiamati e vi ricordate dei nomi dei sacchetti per fornire: il nome del sacchetto e che gli articoli erano in quel sacchetto.
Se non fossero in contenitori e fossero giusti nel livello superiore della vostra serie che è buona da aggiungere pure

Antes de pedir ajuda sobre algo perdido, procure MUITO bem. Mova as bags e outras coisas do banco, pois temos visto pessoas que colocam uma bag sobre outra e pensam que esta foi roubada. E se alguma coisa de sua casa está desaparecida, converse com alguem que tenha acesso a sua casa (trusted). Cerca de 95,207% dos casos os acabam descobertos que os itens só tinham sido mexidos ou mudados de posição.
Eu não me divertido com o pessoal desperdiçando meu tempo e ja tive pessoas o suficiente me procurando e fazendo isso. Então aqui vai uma regra nova: Se vc nos fizer procurar por algo atoa, vc nunca vai receber o item de volta e ainda cumprira pena de 1 mês de cadeia para cada hora perdida procurando os "world saves".
Ok *ela faz um shozinho fingindo respirar fundo, piti chamado no brasil* tudo isso foi dito pq se vc tem um caso de verdade para relatar, por favor nos forneca as informações abaixo dependendo se for roubo de casa ou banco e email para admins@uo.burstfire.net
Roubo de Banco
-Nome da conta
-Nome do personagem (char)
-Data de quando vc tinha o item
-Data em que percebeu q o item sumiu
-Itens q sumiram (se é q nao roubaram todos)
-Informações de onde o iteem estava no seu banco.
--- Se os itens estavam em sacolas (bags) com nomes e vc se lembra dos nomes das sacolas forneça o nome e o que tinha na sacola.
--- Se nao estavam em nenhum compartimento e estavam soltas e no nivel superior do banco seria bom informar isso tambem.
Roubo de Casas
-Nome da conta
-Nome do personagem (char)
-Data de quando vc tinha o item
-Data em que percebeu q o item sumiu
-Itens q sumiram junto com as respectivas coordenadas (coordenadas sao obtidas pelo comando .where com vc no lugar de onde estava o item).
Se os artigos estiverem em um recipiente: as coordenadas do recipiente e também informe de que estavam em um recipiente nessa posição. Os nomes do saco como mencionados acima também são úteis nestes casos.

yep these rules were all enforced a long time ago, dont know why people dont follow guide lines. don't expect your case to be solved if you do not hand in all the correct information because people dont have time and really dont WANT to look for it anyway. But the more info the better in any case
What one is supposed to do after sending 3 e-mails to the admins regarding the case, without any actual response other than one conifrmation of getting the mail, and after trying to get attention in help channel without a response too..
Not to mention that it was e-mailed immediately after the loot, but no step has been taken to handle it for a month..
Is there any tool other of those that were mentioned above to make this case goes further towards the return of the items (which were of course not spread or used during a whole month) and maybe the punishment of the looters?
With every passing week I am more disappointed, once thought that law enforcemoent works equally for all (well I didn't, but it's a nice thing to say).
Anyway, one month? give me a break, soon I'll have my first grandson, or at least i'll be a soldier.
