i put these off

PopupHelpEnabled=on
PopupHelpSticky=off
PopupHelpPersistant=off
TranslationServer=off
TranslationServerAutomatic=off

but after i save them they go ON again fodasse

ps: WHY WHEN SOMEONE NEEDS HELP THERE'S NO FKIN STAFF TO HELP? SACK ALL THESE LAME STAFF AND GET DECENT ACTIVE ONES FFS
