The problem is:

I can't loot money or stackable items
I can't type anything in the game
I already tried deleting that translation .exe file thingy but it didn't really work out...

what client are u using?
try deleting uo.cfg @ main folder.

If you patched over 509 you might get random problems

I have exactly patch 509
Currently using client 203, it works great on my trader, on my fighter it can't loot or speak
Tried client 400c but that one didn't work at all...

go into folder:

C:/Program Files/whatever/Ultima Online/Desktop/<account name>/

and delete the folder named for that character
