i have 50 tit and 50 tin and 25 angel dust in my backpack.. using a smith hammer i dbl click tit and i cant make sh.. wtf?

i think its change with new ingots and ores i make item lore on a sh ingots and appear
4 tit ingots, 2 manganese and 1 angel dust
and a verminard is 4 tera ingots 2 ferrum 2 manganese and 1 black gens
fenix needs a manganese too but adamantine dont need
